Policies
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you require
special financial arrangements, please inform our office at least 48
hours prior to your child's appointment. For your convenience we
accept cash, personal checks, VISA, Master Card, and Discover Card.
Insurance
If you have dental insurance, we will help you determine your available
coverage. Professional dental care is provided to our patients;
not insurance companies. Therefore, the patient is responsible
for all charges associated with dental servcies rendered. Because
you pay the insurance company, they are responsible to you, not to our
office. With all the insurance companies, plans, packages and
policies, it is impossible for us to track each individual patient's
coverage. It is your responsibility to know your dental coverage,
including deductibles, co-payments, monetary limits, etc.
Appointments
Appointments can be made by calling Monday-Friday (517) 321-8280.
We try very hard to be on time for our patients. We do not
double book, and we prepare in advance for each patient's dental care
requirements. We expect the same consideration from you. If
you connot meet a scheduled appointment, we require a 48 hour
notification. This gives another patient access to essential
dental care. If the appointment is missed or broken in less than
48 hours, we may charge your account a fee to cover our
preparations and lost time.
